Caesars Digital in Las Vegas is seeking a CRM Coordinator to manage our CRM campaigns and drive retention through personalized player journeys across the lifecycle.

You will create, segment, and launch campaigns (email, in‑app, push), perform A/B tests, ensure compliance with gaming regulations, and support content communications.

The role offers a salary range of $45,000–$50,000 per year, with medical, vision, dental insurance, 401(k) matching, and paid time off.

Qualifications

• Experience in auditing in a regulated industry (casino or similar).
• Knowledge of Gaming Audit and Title 31/Bank Secrecy Act preferred.
• Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Be hands-on in creating, segmenting, and launching remarketing campaigns (emails, in-app, push).
• Perform A/B or multivariate testing on CRM journeys to identify the most effective approach.
• Ensure CRM journeys comply with current industry best practices and regulations.
• Assist in content communications as necessary.
