Job summary

Caesars Entertainment is seeking a CRM Coordinator for hybrid work in Jersey City (also Las Vegas). The role focuses on managing CRM campaigns and driving customer retention through tailored journeys across the lifecycle.

You will create and optimize remarketing campaigns, conduct A/B testing, and ensure compliance with industry best practices. The position requires 2–3 years of auditing experience in regulated environments and familiarity with gaming regulations.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of auditing experience in casino or other heavily regulated industries.
• Experience in Gaming Audit and Title 31/Bank Secrecy Act preferred.
• Knowledge of gaming regulations is highly preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Manage Caesars CRM campaigns and drive retention through customer journeys.
• Create, segment, and launch remarketing campaigns (emails, in-app, push).
• Perform A/B or multivariate testing on CRM journeys to identify best performers.
• Ensure CRM journeys comply with current best practices in the industry.
• Assist in content communications as necessary.
