Job summary

MyEyeDr. is seeking a CRM Campaign Specialist to own end-to-end email, SMS, and postal campaigns for newly acquired offices. You will launch multi-channel communications for greenfield locations and monitor performance to ensure a strong start.

Collaborate with the Integrations team to coordinate go-lives, analyze audience lists, and optimize messages. This role blends marketing operations with growth in a fast-expanding healthcare network.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of CRM/email marketing experience.
• Hands-on end-to-end campaign deployment.
• Experience with multiple platforms (Braze, SFMC, HubSpot, Klaviyo).

Responsibilities

• Own the setup and deployment of email, SMS, and postal campaigns for all newly acquired offices.
• Launch campaigns for greenfield offices and build communications from the ground up.
• Evaluate audience lists to inform launch strategy.
• Monitor early campaign performance and address issues quickly.
• Coordinate go-live communications with Integrations team and provide status updates.
• Serve as a point of contact for business partners during new location launches.
• Contribute to design and content improvements for campaign templates.
• Maintain records of campaign setups, timelines, and performance.
• Flag patterns or recurring issues to improve processes.
