GIC BPO is seeking a CRM Automation Specialist to join our growing remote team. This role focuses on optimizing CRM systems and building automation workflows to boost customer engagement.

Ideal candidates have at least 2 years of CRM automation experience, English at C2 level, and strong communication skills. Collaboration with sales/marketing and ongoing optimization are key aspects of the role.

Formación

• CRM automation experience with Vendasta or GoHighLevel preferred.
• C2 level English proficiency.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Analytical mindset with CRM data experience.
• Sales or marketing experience is a plus.
• Project management experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage and optimize CRM systems to improve customer engagement and business performance
• Build, implement, and maintain CRM automation workflows
• Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to ensure seamless integrations
• Provide day-to-day CRM support and continuous optimization

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in CRM automation (Vendasta or GoHighLevel preferred)
• C2 level English proficiency
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Analytical mindset with experience working with CRM data
• Sales or marketing experience is a plus
• Project management experience is a plus

Schedule
