Job summary

Cleaning in Motion is seeking a CRM-focused specialist to manage and optimize our customer relationship systems and automations from anywhere in the United States. You will own CRM platforms, build workflows, troubleshoot integrations, and partner with marketing, sales, and operations to drive efficiency.

You will maintain data quality, create nurture sequences, monitor dashboards, and apply AI tools to improve campaigns and outcomes.

Qualifications

• 1+ year hands-on experience with CRM platforms such as Go High Level, HubSpot or Salesforce.
• Ability to build and manage automated workflows, triggers and sequences.
• Familiarity with AI tools used to enhance marketing automation.

ARE YOU THE RIGHT FIT?

MUST TO HAVE

• 1+ year of hands-on experience with CRM platforms (e.g., Go High Level, HubSpot, Salesforce) including pipelines, workflows, and contact management.
• Ability to build and manage automated workflows, triggers, and sequences (email/SMS).
• Familiarity with artificial intelligence tools

NICE TO HAVE

• Experience connecting tools via Zapier, Make, or direct API integrations.
• Experience working in a marketing agency
• Familiarity with tracking performance metrics, dashboards, and campaign data.
