BlackCube Labs seeks a Salesforce/TargetX CRM & Communications Specialist to support, maintain, and enhance our Salesforce and TargetX environment. You will manage automated email drip campaigns, communications for recruitment, engagement, and cross‑functional collaboration, and help transition to Slate CRM.

You will work with IT and departments to configure campaigns, ensure quality, and troubleshoot delivery issues while preparing for the Slate migration.

Qualifikationen

• 3+ years of experience with Salesforce CRM.
• 3+ years of experience with TargetX and TargetX Communication Planner.
• 3+ years of experience creating, managing, and troubleshooting automated email campaigns.
• 3+ years of experience with Salesforce reports, dashboards, objects, fields, and data.
• 3+ years of experience troubleshooting CRM- and campaign‑related issues.

Aufgaben

• Serve as the primary resource for TargetX Communication Planner and drip campaigns.
• Create, schedule, test, deploy, and maintain automated email campaigns.
• Plan and renew campaigns with departments to meet recruitment needs.
• Build recipient lists and audiences using Salesforce/TargetX data.
• Configure criteria, filters, scheduling, and related rules for campaigns.
• Create and update email templates and campaign documentation.
• Test campaigns in sandbox and perform QA before release.
• Diagnose delivery, audience, scheduling, and personalization issues with IT or vendors.
