Job summary

Comcast Corporation in Philadelphia seeks an events professional to develop, manage and execute all special events in the Xfinity Mobile Arena under the Manager, Special Events and Hospitality. You will collaborate with Sales on revenue-generating events, coordinate with Creative on print and design, and work with Marketing on guest invitations and communications.

Responsibilities

• Develop, manage, and execute all special events in the Xfinity Mobile Arena under the direction of the Manager, Special Events and Hospitality, including Corporate Partnership Events, New Business Events, Season Ticket Member Events, and In-Game events.
• Collaborate with Sales departments on revenue-generating events.
• Serve as lead for coordinating with creative on all print and design requests.
• Work directly with marketing to create guest invitations and communication process.
• Help manage department finances such as specific single-event budgets.
• Assist booking Flyers Alumni as part of the Ambassador program for games and events.
• Regular, consistent, and punctual attendance.
• Must be able to work nights, weekends, and variable schedule(s) as necessary.
• Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
