Job summary

The Toro Company is offering a Summer Internship in Bloomington, Minnesota, to support CRM and data analytics work for the IT and business teams. This role involves learning CRM processes across marketing, sales, and customer care while assisting higher-level team members on requirements, specifications, and testing.

Applicants should be pursuing business or data analytics, have strong teamwork and communication skills, and be available May–August 2027.

Qualifications

• Majoring in business and/or data analytics.
• Business process and data analytics skills related to CRM processes of marketing, sales, and customer care.
• Strong desire to learn, collaborate, and communicate in a team setting.
• Ability to stay organized and use Microsoft Office programs with limited direction.
• Completed junior-level courses preferred.
• Preferred: Knowledge of a CRM Salesforce-like platform and admin work.

Responsibilities

• Attend daily team stand up and weekly team meetings.
• Take ownership of service requests in our ITIL system related to work listed above.
• Provide progress updates during team meetings.
• Reach out to team members when help is needed.
• Keep the service requests updated with details and documentation.
• Work with the team to remove technical debt/obsolete design elements.
