Job summary

The Toro Company, headquartered in Bloomington, Minnesota, offers a 2027 Summer Internship in the Sourcing Division of the Integrated Supply Chain. The program runs May 17 to August 6, 2027, and interns will gain hands-on experience in data analysis, visualization, and storytelling within a supportive team.

As an undergraduate in data science or related fields, you will develop SQL and DAX queries, work with SQL Server and Snowflake, build ETL processes, and create Power BI visuals to support

Qualifications

• Pursuing an undergrad in a quantitative field (Data Science, CS, Information Systems, Business Analytics)
• Proficiency in SQL and DAX for data querying and manipulation
• Experience with SQL Server and Snowflake
• Experience with ETL processes and data visualization tools (Power BI)
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills
• Excellent communication and storytelling with data

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain SQL and DAX queries to support data analysis and analytics needs
• Utilize SQL Server and Snowflake for data storage, retrieval, and management
• Design and implement ETL processes to ensure data integrity and accuracy
• Create and manage data visualizations using Power BI to provide actionable insights
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather, document and analyze data requirements
• Assist in the preparation of data-driven presentations and analytical solutions to communicate findings effectively
• Assist in developing decision‑making tools within Toro’s Integrated Supply Chain
• Participate in sourcing and supply chain projects, contributing to process improvements and strategic initiatives
• Support the team in ad‑hoc data analysis and analytics tasks as needed
