Job summary

Qualifications

• Majoring in business related fields such as finance, accounting or economics.
• Completed junior-level courses preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communications, interpersonal and leadership skills.
• Strong desire to learn, collaborate, and contribute in a team-oriented environment while taking ownership of projects and delivering results.
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills; able to manage priorities and workflow.

Responsibilities

• Projects may include assisting with implementation of a treasury management system, managing cash, liquidity and debt management.
• Assisting with annual credit reviews of strategic customers, standard work documentation and analyzing receivable management system to remove or reduce bottlenecks.
• Analyze legacy credit processes, identify improvement opportunities, solicit stakeholder feedback, develop innovative solutions, and pilot recommended enhancements for implementation.
• Analyze business data to solve real-world finance challenges.
