Job summary

Legends Global is seeking a Coordinator, Analytics (CRM) to support Salesforce administration, data quality, reporting, and campaign execution. This role works with sales, service, marketing, and premium seating teams to ensure accurate CRM records and effective processes.

You’ll help drive CRM adoption and revenue operations in a fast-paced, live events environment. The position emphasizes organization, data-minded work, and growth in CRM analytics and reporting within Legends Global’s dynamic

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred; equivalent relevant experience considered.
• 1–3 years CRM/analytics, sales operations, or related experience.
• Experience with Salesforce or another CRM platform preferred.
• Proficient in Excel; comfortable with large datasets.
• Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Administer Salesforce and related CRM tools daily.
• Maintain user access, permissions, fields, reports, and dashboards.
• Ensure data hygiene, ownership, naming conventions, and accuracy.
• Create standard reports, dashboards, and pipeline views.
• Support CRM campaign setup, lead routing, and segmentation.
• Provide user support and develop guides and job aids.
• Assist with data imports/exports and recurring data tasks.
• Coordinate with teams for CRM reporting requirements.
• Monitor data quality and escalate issues to analytics lead.
