The Coordinator will work closely with sales, service, marketing, premium seating, fundraising, and other business teams to help ensure CRM records and processes are accurate, consistent, and effectively support day-to-day operations.
This position is ideal for someone who is highly organized, detail-oriented, comfortable working with data and technology, and interested in developing their expertise in CRM, analytics, and revenue operations.

About The Project/Venue

The Tampa Bay Rays are developing a state-of-the-art ballpark at Hillsborough College in Tampa’s Westshore district, targeting a 2029 opening. This public-private partnership anchors the Champions Quarter mixed-use district. With 11,500 premium seats designed to set new MLB benchmarks, Legends Global seeks exceptional leaders to drive this transformational project.

What You’ll Do (key Responsibilities & Outcomes)
  • Support the day-to-day administration and maintenance of Salesforce and related CRM tools.
  • Assist with user access, permissions, record maintenance, fields, reports, dashboards, and routine system updates under the direction of the Manager, Data & Analytics.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records and support established standards for record ownership, required fields, naming conventions, activity capture, and data hygiene.
  • Perform routine data audits to identify incomplete, duplicate, or inaccurate records and assist with corrective actions.
  • Build and maintain standard reports, dashboards, lead views, activity reports, and pipeline tracking tools.
  • Assist sales, service, marketing, premium seating, and fundraising users with routine CRM questions and system support.
  • Support CRM training and the development and maintenance of user guides, job aids, and process documentation.
  • Assist with lead uploads, lead routing, prospect lists, segmentation, and other CRM activities supporting sales and service teams.
  • Support CRM campaign setup, audience lists, workflow execution, and response tracking in coordination with marketing and revenue teams.
  • Assist with data imports, exports, list management, and other recurring data-management activities.
  • Monitor CRM data and processes for potential issues and elevate system, integration, or data-quality concerns to the Manager, Data & Analytics or appropriate technical partners.
  • Support testing of CRM enhancements, system changes, workflows, and new functionality.
  • Maintain documentation related to recurring CRM processes, business rules, system procedures, and user support.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to gather information and requirements for CRM reporting and data requests.
  • Support ad hoc reporting, data requests, analysis, and special projects as assigned.
What You Bring (qualifications & Experience)
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, analytics, marketing, economics, statistics, computer science, sports management, or a related field preferred; equivalent relevant experience will be considered.
  • 1–3 years of relevant experience in CRM, analytics, business intelligence, sales operations, marketing operations, revenue operations, or a related discipline preferred.
  • Experience working with Salesforce or another CRM platform strongly preferred.
  • Experience with CRM reporting, dashboards, data entry, data management, or user support preferred.

  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining accurate and confidential information.
  • Ability to organize and prioritize multiple assignments in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with sales, marketing, service, and other cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to follow established processes while identifying and escalating potential issues or opportunities for improvement.
  • Experience with CRM campaigns, workflows, automations, or sales processes preferred.
