Job summary

Success Academy Charter Schools is seeking a CRM Business Analyst to translate CRM, marketing, and business needs into Salesforce and Hubspot solutions. You will partner with cross-functional teams to improve customer engagement, lead and opportunity management, data quality, and reporting.

You will define requirements, optimize capabilities, and support continuous improvement while delivering a prioritized platform roadmap and governance across marketing and sales.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in CRM/marketing analytics or related roles.
• Experience gathering, analyzing, and documenting requirements.
• Knowledge of data quality, governance, and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Translate business needs into Salesforce/Hubspot solutions.
• Define and manage a CRM roadmap with stakeholders.
• Gather requirements through user stories, flows, and acceptance criteria.
• Coordinate platform delivery, testing, and releases.
• Define CRM data, dashboards, KPIs, and governance requirements.
• Coordinate training, communications, and post-release support.
