Job summary

Success Academy Charter Schools is seeking a CRM Business Analyst to translate CRM, marketing, and business needs into Salesforce and HubSpot solutions. You will partner with stakeholders to define requirements, improve data quality, and support reporting and governance.

The role focuses on platform roadmap, process optimization, and delivery, with hybrid work in NYC and on-site Tue-Thu. Compensation ranges from $115,000 to $125,000 USD.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience as a Salesforce/Hubspot/Equivalent Platform Business Analyst, CRM Analyst, Marketing Analyst, Systems Analyst, or in a related role.
• Hands-on experience with data analysis, user acceptance training, process mapping, and requirements gathering.
• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Marketing, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Data Literacy & Governance: Understand data structures, business rules and processes, data quality, integrations, and governance requirements to support reliable and responsible use of CRM data.
• Business Requirements & Analytical Thinking: Break down complex business challenges into clear requirements, evaluates underlying needs, and develops structured, automated, actionable solutions.
• Process Optimization: Evaluate current workflows, identifies inefficiencies, and recommends scalable improvements that reduce manual effort and improve business outcomes.
• Collaboration & Stakeholder Partnership: Build trusted relationships, translate technical jargon into business language, and incorporate feedback constructively.
• Adaptability & Agility: Learn continuously, adapt to changing priorities and information, incorporate feedback, and respond thoughtfully to evolving business needs.

Responsibilities

• CRM Platform Roadmap: Translate organizational objectives into a prioritized roadmap that improves efficiency, visibility, and adoption, ensuring to communicate risks to project deliverables and timelines.
• Business Analysis & Requirements Management: Gather, analyze, document, and align business requirements with stakeholders and technical partners through clear user stories, process flows, acceptance criteria, and solution documentation.
• CRM & Marketing Process Optimization: Optimize acquisition, campaign, segmentation, nurturing, conversion, and engagement processes to reduce manual work, improve data quality, and strengthen platform adoption.
• CRM Platform & Solution Delivery: Coordinate platform solution delivery by defining requirements, validating, enhancements, managing dependencies, and supporting planning, testing, releases, and post-release validation.
• Data, Reporting & Analytics: Define and improve CRM and marketing data, reporting, dashboard, KPI, segmentation, and governance requirements to support accurate insights and informed decision-making.
• Testing, Training & Continuous Improvement: Coordinate testing, training, communications, documentation, adoption, post-release monitoring, and continuous improvement to ensure effective platform use and governance.

About the Role

The CRM Business Analyst translates CRM, marketing, and business needs into effective Salesforce and Hubspot solutions that improve customer engagement, campaign execution, lead and opportunity management, data quality, and reporting while partnering with cross-functional stakeholders to define requirements, optimize capabilities, and support continuous improvement.
