Job summary

The Toro Company in Bloomington, MN invites applications for a CRM Business Analyst Intern. This paid internship runs May 17, 2027 through August 6, 2027, with a start date aligned to the summer program.

Interns assist in defining requirements, write specs, develop solutions, and test CRM processes within Salesforce and ITIL workflows, gaining hands-on experience. You will attend standups, manage ITIL requests, and collaborate with teammates to improve CRM analytics, data workflows, and

Qualifications

• Majoring in business and/or data analytics.
• Business process and data analytics skills related to CRM processes of marketing, sales, and customer care.
• Strong desire to learn, collaborate, and effectively communicate in a team setting while achieving a common goal.
• Ability to stay organized and able to use Microsoft Office programs without much direction.
• Completed junior-level courses preferred.
• Knowledge of a CRM Salesforce like platform and admin related work (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Attend daily team stand up and weekly team meetings.
• Take ownership of service requests in our ITIL system for related to work listed above.
• Provide progress updates during team meetings.
• Reach out to team members when help is needed.
• Keep the service requests updated with details and documentation.
• Work with the team to perform removal of technical debt/obsolete design elements.
