Job summary

The Toro Company (TTC) invites you to join our Summer Internship Program in Bloomington, Minnesota. As a CRM Business Analyst Intern, you will help define requirements, write development specs, and test solutions in Salesforce, supporting ITIL service processes and data analytics.

You'll work with a collaborative team, attend daily stand-ups, manage service requests, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

• Majoring in business and / or data analytics.
• Business process and data analytics skills related to CRM processes of marketing, sales, and customer care.
• Knowledge of a CRM Salesforce-like platform and admin related work.

Responsibilities

• Attend daily team stand up and weekly team meetings.
• Take ownership of service requests in the ITIL system for work listed above.
• Provide progress updates during team meetings.
• Reach out to team members when help is needed.
• Keep the service requests updated with details and documentation.
• Work with the team to remove technical debt/obsolete design elements.
