Job summary

The Toro Company in Bloomington offers a 2027 Summer Internship as a CRM Business Analyst Intern. You will assist senior team members to define requirements, draft specs, develop solutions, and test in Salesforce-like CRM processes.

You will attend daily stand-ups, own ITIL service requests, provide progress updates, and document details while collaborating to remove technical debt. This paid internship includes a competitive hourly wage and learning opportunities.

Qualifications

• Majoring in business and / or data analytics.
• Business process and data analytics related to CRM processes of marketing, sales, and customer care.
• Strong desire to learn, collaborate, and effectively communicate in a team setting while achieving a common goal.
• Ability to stay organized and able to use Microsoft Office programs without much direction.
• Completed junior-level courses preferred.
• Knowledge of a CRM Salesforce-like platform and admin related work.

Responsibilities

• Attend daily team stand up and weekly team meetings.
• Take ownership of service requests in our ITIL system for related to work listed above.
• Provide progress updates during team meetings.
• Reach out to team members when help is needed.
• Keep the service requests updated with details and documentation.
• Work with the team to perform removal of technical debt/obsolete design elements.
