Job summary

The Toro Company is seeking a CRM Business Analyst Intern to join its Bloomington, Minnesota campus for a 2027 Summer Internship. You will assist higher level team members to define requirements, write development specifications, develop solutions, and test in Salesforce.

Responsibilities include attending daily standups, managing ITIL service requests, and providing progress updates while collaborating with teammates to remove technical debt and obsolete design elements.

Qualifications

• Majoring in business and / or data analytics.
• Business process and data analytics skills related to CRM processes of marketing, sales, and customer care.
• Strong desire to learn, collaborate, and effectively communicate in a team setting while achieving a common goal.
• Ability to stay organized and able to use Microsoft Office programs without much direction.
• Completed junior-level courses preferred.
• Preferred skill: Knowledge of a CRM Salesforce like platform and admin related work.

The 2027 Summer Internship Program will run from May 17, 2027, through August 6, 2027. Candidates must be available to start on May 17 and participate through the duration of the program. Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States. The CRM Business Analyst Intern will assist higher level team members to define requirements, write development specifications, develop solutions, and test. This includes performing repeatable processes within Salesforce like user setup, configurations, flows, and data analytics, etc.

What Do You Need?

To be considered for this role, an individual should meet the following minimal requirements:

• Majoring in business and / or data analytics.
• Business process and data analytics skills related to Customer Relationship Management (CRM) processes of marketing, sales, and customer care.
• Strong desire to learn, collaborate, and effectively communicate in a team setting while achieving a common goal.
• Ability to stay organized and able to use Microsoft Office programs without much direction.
• Completed junior-level courses preferred.

Preferred skill: Knowledge of a CRM Salesforce like platform and admin related work.
