Job summary

Elevate is seeking a CRM Analyst to join our team and play an important role in supporting our partnership with Horse Racing League. This position analyzes, implements, interprets, presents, and communicates data to enhance processes, decision‑making, and outcomes for the League.

The CRM Analyst will support sales enablement, assist with pipeline management, and help sales executives close new business while deepening customer profiles.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of relevant work experience in a CRM-focused role.
• Salesforce certifications are a plus.
• Sports/entertainment industry experience is a plus.
• Strong communication and data storytelling skills.

Responsibilities

• Primary CRM Administration; day-to-day support and training for Salesforce users.
• Use Salesforce objects to collect, maintain, and query data for insights.
• Assist with pipeline management to support data-driven decisions.
• Execute lead scoring to prioritize opportunities.
• Manage and distribute leads for campaigns across sources.
• Collaborate with CRM and sales to improve processes and data integrity.
• Assist Marketing with list development and client CRM engagements across systems.
