Job summary

1-800-FLOWERS.COM, INC in Jericho, NY or Atlanta, GA is seeking a CRM Assistant Manager, Email & SMS Activation. Hybrid role with in-office Monday-Thursday and remote on Friday.

You will drive revenue through activation of promotional and lifecycle campaigns across Email and SMS and partner with CRM Strategy, Loyalty, Creative, Analytics, Brand, and CRM Ops to execute and optimize campaigns. The role requires 2-4+ years in CRM, lifecycle marketing, or digital marketing with Email and SMS

Qualifications

• 2-4+ years in CRM, lifecycle marketing, or digital marketing with Email and SMS activation experience
• Demonstrated ability to own and deliver revenue outcomes through CRM channels
• Strong understanding of Email and SMS best practices including CAN-SPAM and TCPA compliance
• Ability to work effectively with CRM Operations teams in a matrixed environment
• Highly organized with strong project management skills and attention to detail
• Experience in ecommerce and/or retail is preferred

Responsibilities

• Revenue & Performance Ownership: manage campaign readiness, execution quality, and optimization
• Campaign Activation & Orchestration: translate strategy into activation requirements and ensure timely launches
• Performance Reporting & Optimization: deliver KPI insights and drive A/B testing for improvements
• CRM Process Improvement: support improvements to CRM execution processes and ways of working across Email and SMS
