Trystar Inc. seeks an Electrical Support Engineer – Critical Power Systems in Faribault, MN. You’ll be the technical interface between customers, installers and internal teams to troubleshoot power electronics and provide real-time support.

The ideal candidate has a BS in Electrical Engineering with Power focus and 5–10+ years in power generation or critical power, plus knowledge of NEC/UL standards and CRM/ERP tools. This is a full-time onsite role with impact on high-availability systems.

Qualifications

• BS Electrical Engineering, specialty in Power Engineering.
• 5–10+ years in power generation or critical power engineering.
• Knowledge of NEC and UL standards (NFPA 110, NFPA 70, NFPA 99, UL 891, UL924, UL1008, UL1741).
• Ability to read electrical drawings, schematics, and project specifications.
• Strong communication and organizational skills; customer-focused.
• Familiarity with CRM/ERP and common business software.

Responsibilities

• Receive and triage support requests via phone, email, and web.
• Provide real-time support to installers and maintenance personnel.
• Manage support tickets using Salesforce Service Cloud.
• Collaborate with engineering and field service teams on product series.
• Assist with building and organizing the support library resources.
• Occasional travel or after-hours/weekend support.
