Trystar’s team members are our most important asset, and we are in search of a Electrical Support Engineer, based at our Faribault, MN office.
As Electrical Support Engineer – Critical Power Systems, you will primarily serve as a technical support interface between external customers and Trystar, including installers, engineers, integrators, owners, and maintenance electricians. This role also supports internal customers such as the Sales, Customer Experience, Engineering, Operations, and Quality. In this role you will routinely utilize troubleshooting skills, a working knowledge of electrical principles, power electronics circuits, software, and networking. This role will closely collaborate with other technical support team members, across Trystar sites, and with the field service team.
