SDS Rx, powered by DHL, is seeking a Dispatcher to coordinate time-sensitive medication deliveries and dispatch drivers for scheduled and STAT routes. This role emphasizes driver readiness, regulatory compliance, and high-level customer service within a fast-paced healthcare logistics setting.

The position requires strong problem-solving, organization, and communication skills, with a Saturday-Sunday shift from 4:00 AM to 4:00 PM and a pay of $21.00 per hour.

Responsibilities

• Coordinating daily driver dispatch activities and early morning route releases.
• Ensuring drivers are on time, prepared, and compliant with requirements.
• Monitoring route execution and addressing delays or issues.
• Managing urgent STAT deliveries and time-sensitive orders.
• Reviewing controlled substance manifests and documentation before route release.
• Scanning and maintaining records of controlled medication documentation.
• Supporting pharmacy operations through administrative tasks and system updates.
• Communicating route status with drivers, pharmacy staff, customers, and management.
