Applicants should have 6+ years in related roles, eligibility for a Secret clearance, and the ability to obtain EPA 608 certification within required

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or higher.
• 6+ years of work experience including 3+ years in a critical facility operation (data center/hospital).
• EPA 608 certification preferred; or obtain within 90 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and repair complex mechanical systems in data centers, hospitals, and manufacturing plants.
• Read and interpret mechanical, plumbing, and electrical diagrams.
• Operate, maintain, and repair HVAC systems including chillers, boilers, CRAC/CRAH units, and air handling units.
• Install, maintain, and repair minor plumbing systems (pumps, valves, piping).
• Read drawings and troubleshoot using CMMS records.
