Responsibilities

• Operate, monitor, maintain, and troubleshoot critical electrical, mechanical, and life safety systems to ensure uptime.
• Track and analyze system performance; use CMMS to manage work orders and maintenance.
• Lead collaboration with technicians, vendors and customers on maintenance, upgrades, and expansions.
• Provide remote hands support and manage tickets, incidents, and customer requests.
• Develop and improve procedures and documentation for operational excellence.
