Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• At least three years of related facilities maintenance experience.
• Ability to obtain and maintain installation credentials and access.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on facility systems.
• Document work in the designated work management system.
• Complete minor repairs and upkeep of building interiors and exteriors.
• Inspect doors, hardware, roofing, plumbing fixtures and lighting.
• Support HVAC and mechanical maintenance activities.
• Respond to emergencies and routine service requests.
• Follow safety procedures including lockout/tagout and fall protection.
• Coordinate outages and maintain records of assets and conditions.
