Job summary

Dexterra Group’s CMI Management LLC in Omaha, NE seeks an HVAC Mechanic to operate, maintain, calibrate, and balance critical HVAC and control systems at a government/customer site. You will perform preventive and emergency maintenance, service CRAC units, and coordinate with government representatives.

You must hold journeyman HVAC credentials, have 5+ years in industrial settings, EPA 608, and the ability to read drawings; U.S. citizenship for security clearance is required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Journeyman HVAC qualification or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of related HVAC ops and maintenance.
• EPA Section 608 certification for refrigerants.
• Ability to read blueprints and engineering specs.
• Knowledge of DDC/EMCS/BMS control systems.

Responsibilities

• Operate, inspect, maintain, and balance HVAC systems and controls.
• Respond to emergencies and perform preventive maintenance.
• Inspect and balance ductwork; install HVAC components.
• Maintain records of labor, materials, and equipment status.
• Follow safety procedures including lockout/tagout and PPE.
