Qualifications

• DCI and Telecommunicator certifications required or obtainable within 120 days.
• Experience with emergency communications and public safety systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate emergency and non-emergency response activities and deploy resources.
• Receive, prioritize, and relay information from the public and agencies.
• Operate CAD, radio, and mapping systems to support responders.
• Maintain professional communication and protect sensitive information.
• Support officer safety and critical operations during incidents.
