Job summary

Northwest Ambulance Critical Care Transport is seeking an experienced Critical Care Transport RN to deliver ICU-level care during interfacility transports. You will work with an EMT and dispatch to assess patients, manage treatment, and ensure safe transports.

Applicants must hold an active RN license with at least 3 years in critical care or emergency settings, and ACLS/PALS certifications. BSN is preferred; CCRN/CEN preferred.

Qualifications

• Active RN license required.
• Minimum 3 years in critical care or ED.
• ACLS and PALS certified prior to hire.
• BSN preferred; CCRN or CEN preferred.
• EMT-B bridge course offered on hire.

Responsibilities

• Provide critical care nursing during interfacility transport.
• Administer ACLS protocols and follow company protocols.
• Coordinate with physicians, nurses, and family.
• Safely lift and transfer patients in ambulances and facilities.
• Maintain accurate documentation and vehicle readiness.
• Follow state EMS protocols and company policies.
• Participate in continuing education and training.
