Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• EMT Certificate and IV Therapy Certificate or EMTA/EMTI/Paramedic Certificate.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with RN/Physician about patient observations and safety concerns.
• Perform tasks like IV insertion, splinting, and wound care per policy.
• Provide person-centered care and document tasks accurately in patient records.
• Ensure patient and staff safety through clinical best practices.
• Collaborate with the care team to plan follow-up and evaluate patient progress.
• Document all observations and procedures in the medical record in a timely manner.
