Job summary

East Alabama Medical Center in Opelika, AL, seeks an experienced ICU registered nurse to provide holistic, evidence-based care across the patient continuum. You will educate patients and families, apply standards and protocols, and drive quality improvements to outcomes.

Required is an Alabama Nursing License with ACLS/BLS/PALS; 2 years ICU experience; CCRN encouraged. Shift differentials apply for night, weekends, and weekend shifts, enhancing compensation.

• Minimum Experience: 2 years of recent ICU experience.
• Required Registration/License/Certification: Alabama Board of Nursing License; ACLS within 90 days; BLS within 90 days; PALS within 90 days; NIHSS within 90 days.

Preferred Experience

• Prefer 5 years of Critical Care experience

Preferred Registration/License/Certification

• CCRN or PCCN within 2 years of DOH or transfer
