Job summary

MetroHealth is recruiting a Registered Nurse for the Critical Care Step Down Unit, 7 West on the Main Campus. You will perform EKG interpretation, central line care, assist with bedside procedures, and provide patient care for congestive heart failure, COPD, DKA, and sepsis in a 14-bed unit with rotating weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of professional nursing.
• Current Ohio RN license.
• BLS certification current or within 90 days of hire.
• ACLS certification current or obtained within 6 months of hire.
• PRN requires 1 year of relevant RN experience.
• PRN must possess all required certifications upon hire.
• Preferred: BSN
• Preferred: Magnet certification recognized by Magnet Association
