Job summary

MetroHealth’s Main Campus- Glick is seeking an RN for the Critical Care Step Down Unit, 7 West. The role supports patients with congestive heart failure, COPD, DKA and sepsis, performing advanced nursing care on a 14-bed unit.

Responsibilities include EKG interpretation, central line care, and bedside procedures, with rotating weekends and holidays, 72 bi-weekly hours, and a strong emphasis on critical thinking and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program; current Ohio RN license.
• BLS and ACLS certifications, or obtained shortly after hire.
• PRN requires 1 year of RN experience; all certifications on hire.
• BSN preferred; Magnet-recognized certifications welcome.
