Job summary

MetroHealth Main Campus- Glick is seeking a Critical Care Step Down RN for 7 West. The 14-bed unit cares for CHF, COPD, DKA and sepsis. Shift patterns are 7a-7p/7p-7a with rotating weekends and holidays; bi-weekly hours total 72.

You will join a patient-centered team delivering high-quality care in a Level One Trauma Center. Responsibilities include EKG interpretation, central line care, ventilator management, bedside procedures, and collaboration with PCNAs, interns, providers, PT and OT.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
• Current Ohio RN licensure required.
• BLS certification or obtained within 90 days of hire.
• ACLS certification or obtained within 6 months of hire.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient care on a 14-bed Critical Care Step Down Unit (7 West).
• Collaborate with PCNAs, interns, providers, PT, OT.
• Assist with EKG interpretation and bedside procedures as needed.
