MetroHealth seeks a qualified Registered Nurse to join the 7 West Critical Care Step Down Unit at MetroHealth Main Campus. The role involves comprehensive patient care, assigning skilled tasks, and supporting patients with complex conditions in a high-acuity environment.

Responsibilities include EKG interpretation, central line care, and assist with emergency bedside procedures, while collaborating with PCNAs, interns, and providers to maintain exceptional care standards.

Qualifikationen

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program and Ohio RN licensure.
• Current BLS; ACLS certification or within 6 months of hire.
• PRN requires 1 year of RN experience and active certifications at hire.

Aufgaben

• Provide RN care on the 7 West Critical Care Step Down Unit.
• Perform EKG interpretation and central line care.
• Assist with bedside procedures (endoscopies, bronchoscopies) and respiratory support.
• Coordinate with PCNAs, interns, providers, PT/OT to ensure patient care.
• Monitor 14-bed unit and ensure patient safety and quality care.
