Job summary

MetroHealth Main Campus in Cleveland is seeking a dedicated RN for the 7 West Critical Care Step Down Unit. You will perform EKG interpretation, central line care, and assist with bedside procedures while coordinating with a team of PCNAs, interns, and providers.

Qualifications

• RN licensure must be active in Ohio.
• ACLS and BLS certifications required or obtained within specified timelines.
• Experience in critical care or step-down units is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in a Critical Care Step Down Unit (7 West).
• Perform and assist with invasive procedures and bedside care as needed.
• Monitor patients with telemetry, interpret EKGs, and respond to clinical changes.
• Coordinate with PCNAs, interns, providers, and therapists to ensure patient safety.
• Demonstrate professional communication, time management, and delegation.
