MetroHealth seeks a dedicated RN for the Critical Care Step Down Unit (7 West) in Ohio. The role emphasizes telemetry monitoring, complex patient care, and collaboration with PCNAs, interns and providers on a 24-bed unit.

Unit uses advanced tech including patient lifts, hands-free comms, virtual whiteboards, and high acuity support tools. Rotating shifts, bi-weekly 72 hours, and weekend/holiday rotation are standard.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of professional nursing.
• Current Registered Nurse licensure in the State of Ohio.
• Current AHA Basic Life Support certification or obtained within 90 days.
• Current ACLS certification or obtained within 6 months of hire.
