Job summary

MetroHealth is seeking a registered nurse for the Critical Care Step Down Unit, 7 West, in Ohio. The role supports a 72-hour bi-weekly full-time schedule with shifts from 7a-7p and 7p-7a, including rotating weekends and holidays, in a 24-bed unit.

Key responsibilities involve EKG interpretation, central line care, and rescue ventilation management with high-flow oxygen and Trach/Vents, along with bedside procedures. Tuition reimbursement and certification incentives are offered by MetroHealth.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of professional nursing.
• Current Registered Nurse licensure in the State of Ohio
• Current AHA Basic Life Support for the healthcare provider certification or obtained within 90 days of hire.
• Current ACLS certification or obtained within 6 months of hire.
