MetroHealth seeks an experienced registered nurse for the Critical Care Step Down Unit (7 West) at MetroHealth Main Campus. You will provide patient-centered care in a 14-bed unit, perform bedside procedures, interpret EKGs, manage lines, and support respiratory and ventilator needs with a focus on safety and efficiency.

The role requires Ohio RN licensure, BLS, ACLS (or within 6 months), and 1 year of RN experience for PRN.

Qualifikationen

• Graduate of an accredited school of professional nursing.
• Current Registered Nurse licensure in the State of Ohio.
• AHA BLS for the healthcare provider certification or obtained within 90 days of hire.
• ACLS certification or obtained within 6 months of hire.
• PRN requires 1 year of relevant RN experience.
• PRN must possess all required certifications upon hire.

Aufgaben

• Provide nursing care for patients in the Critical Care Step Down Unit (7 West) on a rotating schedule.
• Perform bedside procedures and assist with invasive interventions as needed.
• Monitor patient status, telemetry, and respond to changes with critical thinking.
