Job summary

MetroHealth Main Campus- Glick is seeking a Registered Nurse for the Critical Care Step Down Unit, 7 West. The unit has 14 beds and serves patients with congestive heart failure, COPD, DKA, and sepsis, using advanced monitoring and telemetry in a teaching hospital environment.

You will work with PCNAs, nurse interns, providers, and PT/OT, applying critical thinking and bedside skills while maintaining patient safety.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of professional nursing.
• Current Registered Nurse licensure in the State of Ohio
• Current AHA Basic Life Support for the healthcare provider certification or obtained within 90 days of hire.
• Current ACLS certification or obtained within 6 months of hire
• PRN requires 1 year of relevant RN experience
• PRN must possess all required certifications upon hire
