MetroHealth Main Campus – Glick is hiring for a Critical Care Step Down RN at 7 West. The unit features 14 beds and engages in high-acuity cardiovascular and post-ICU care with telemetry, central line management, and advanced respiratory support. Nurses collaborate closely with PCNAs, providers, and therapy teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

The role emphasizes critical thinking, bedside procedures, and timely decision-making in a rotating shift pattern including weekends and holidays.

Competenze

• Graduate of an accredited school of professional nursing.
• Current Registered Nurse licensure in the State of Ohio.
• Current AHA Basic Life Support for the healthcare provider certification or obtained within 90 days of hire.
• Current ACLS certification or obtained within 6 months of hire.
• PRN requires 1 year of relevant RN experience.
• PRN must possess all required certifications upon hire.
