Job summary

MetroHealth Main Campus- Glick is seeking a Registered Nurse for the Critical Care Step Down Unit (7 West). The role supports patients with congestive heart failure, COPD, DKA and sepsis, providing high-acuity care with EKG interpretation, central line care, and advanced respiratory support.

You will work in a 14-bed unit with rotating weekends and holidays, collaborating with PCNAs, interns, and providers. Licensure, BLS, and ACLS are required or obtained within specified timelines.

Qualifications

Graduate of an accredited school of professional nursing (or a program seeking accreditation).
Current Registered Nurse licensure in the State of Ohio.
Current AHA Basic Life Support for the healthcare provider certification or obtained within 90 days of hire.
Current ACLS certification or obtained within 6 months of hire.
PRN requires 1 year of relevant RN experience.
PRN must possess all required certifications upon hire.
