Qualifications

• Associate’s or Vocational degree in nursing.
• 2 to 5 years RN experience.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 0 to 2 years critical care RN experience preferred.
• RN licensure in MN or WI as applicable.
• ACLS and ALS certifications required.

Responsibilities

• Comprehensive assessment of patient and family needs; outcomes based on needs assessment; plan of care and progress.
• Maintain education and competencies to provide high-quality patient care.
• Incorporate evidence-based nursing practice with current statutes and regulations in the plan of care.
• Establish realistic outcomes with patient/family based on diagnoses and resources.
• Coordinate, collaborate, and delegate to ensure safe, effective care.
• Preceptor or charge nurse roles may be involved as assigned.
