Job summary

Trinity Health is seeking an Experienced Critical Care RN for St Mary’s Hospital in Athens, Georgia. This full-time night shift role offers Day 1 benefits and PRN night shifts as needed.

The RN will be part of a collaborative interprofessional team delivering evidence-based care to ICU and Neuro-ICU patients. Candidates must hold a Georgia RN license, have completed an accredited nursing program, and possess prior critical care experience.

Qualifications

• Current license to practice as a Registered Nurse in Georgia.
• Graduation from an accredited nursing education program approved by the Board of Nursing or substantially equivalent.
• Recent refresher course within the past 6 months if nursing practice has not occurred within the past 5 years.
• Prior experience in nursing required.

Responsibilities

• Assess patients, develop, evaluate, and modify the care plan.
• Interpret and perform complex patient-care procedures within expertise.
• Be part of Care Team and Support Team to achieve patient outcomes.
• Deliver care using nursing process, environment/technology, and team collaboration.
• Provide patient care in alignment with established standards and pathways.
