Incredible Health is hiring an RN for the Critical Care unit in the Rome, GA area. The role requires ICU experience, active RN license, and ACLS preferred. You will assess and care for critically ill patients, manage life-support systems, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to implement care plans.

The position offers a night shift with both full-time and part-time options. Expect emphasis on rapid response, high-stress situations, and delivering advanced medical care in a teaching

Qualifications

• Active and unencumbered Registered Nurse license.
• 1+ years of ICU experience preferred.
• ACLS certification preferred.
• Ability to function effectively under stress.
• Experience with advanced medical equipment and procedures.
• Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Rapidly assess patient conditions and intervene with appropriate care.
• Monitor and provide care to critically ill or life-threatening patients.
• Manage life-support systems such as ventilation and monitors.
• Participate in rapid response and other emergencies.
• Administer medications and treatments.
• Collaborate with physicians and healthcare professionals to develop care plans.
• Educate patients and families about their condition and care plan.
