• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing required.
• Knowledge of patient- and family-centered practice and collaboration with patients, families, and care partners.
• Cultural awareness and respect for diverse backgrounds and beliefs.
• Effective communication and delegation within a clinical team.
• RN license in Pennsylvania (PA) and current registration.
• Minimum 2 years RN experience; Critical Care/ICU preferred.
• Shift/Hours: Full Time, Nights; 36 hours weekly.
• Position floats between Bucks, Frankford, and Torresdale.
