Job summary

Jefferson Health in Langhorne, PA, seeks a Registered Nurse to provide patient- and family-centered care across units, including nights with 36 hours weekly. You will apply nursing processes, educate patients and families, and collaborate with inter-professional teams to ensure safe, high-quality care.

Qualified candidates have an accredited nursing degree, PA RN license, and at least 2 years of RN experience; critical care/ICU experience is highly preferred.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• Knowledge of patient- and family-centered care and collaboration with patients and care partners.
• Cultural awareness in caring for diverse populations.
• Effective communication skills with patients, families and staff.
• Knowledge of patient assessment and care planning.
• Discharge planning knowledge for post-hospital care.
• Knowledge of health information documentation.
• BLS certification recognized by AHA or Red Cross.
• RN licensed in PA.
• Minimum 2 years RN experience; critical care/ICU preferred.
