Job summary

Qualifications

• BSN or higher within 3 years of hire strongly preferred.
• 4+ years RN ICU experience.
• Current RN in an Acute Care role.
• BLS and ACLS certifications required.

• Apply evidence-based practice and clinical expertise to patient care.
• Identify learning needs with patients and families and provide education.
• Follow protocols to minimize harm and ensure safe, coordinated care.
