Job summary

Summa Health System invites you to join our Barberton Campus as a Registered Nurse on the full-time night shift (7:00 p.m.–7:30 a.m.), 36 hours per week. You will deliver direct nursing care, coordinate patient plans, and work with a multidisciplinary team to support families and patients toward optimum health outcomes.

Required BSN or an ADN with commitment to obtain BSN within 3 years, Ohio RN license, and ACLS/PALS as applicable.

Qualifications

• BSN required; associates degree acceptable if BSN pursued within 3 years.
• Graduate of CCNE or ACEN-accredited nursing program.
• Current Ohio RN license to practice.
• PRN/ weekend positions require 1+ year of recent RN experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide, coordinate, and delegate nursing care using evidence-based practice.
• Manage resources to deliver patient- and family-centered care.
• Support and educate patients, families, and staff to achieve optimal health outcomes.
