Summa Health System is seeking a Registered Nurse for full-time night shifts (7:00 p.m. – 7:30 a.m.). The role emphasizes nursing care grounded in biological, physical, and psychosocial sciences, with a focus on evidence-based practice, patient advocacy, and community health outcomes.

Required is an ADN (BSN preferred), Ohio RN licensure and CCNE/ACEN accreditation. One year of recent RN experience for weekend options; ACLS within six months.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree in Nursing (ADN) required.
• Graduate of a CCNE or ACEN-accredited nursing program.
• Current license to practice registered nursing in the State of Ohio.

Responsibilities

• Provides, coordinates and/or delegates nursing care and manages resources to deliver care for patients, families and the community.
• Delivers nursing care guided by basic nursing science, evidence and theory to achieve optimum health.
• Uses judgment supported by nursing theory to attain, maintain and restore health.
